Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide personalized care to our residents on campus. You will support residents across their continuum of care, assisting with daily living activities and tailoring plans to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with the older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic occupational therapy to residents, addressing physical, cognitive, and functional needs.
• Implement and adjust personal care plans focusing on residents’ preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
