You will support daily living activities, implement personal care plans based on residents' preferences and needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
• Minimum 1 year experience with older adult population preferred.

• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
