Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide personalized care to residents living on campus.

You will support them throughout the continuum of care, implementing personal care plans and addressing physical, emotional, and clinical needs in collaboration with the clinical team.

A minimum of 1 year of experience with older adults is preferred; CPR certification and an active OT license are required. Compensation is $55/hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed throughout their care.
