Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized care to residents living on campus in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. You will support daily living activities and collaborate with the clinical team to meet individual needs.

The role emphasizes a holistic approach to residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical well-being, implementing customized care plans while respecting preferences and routines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines, while providing comfort and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed throughout their care.
