Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide personalized services to our senior residents. You will support daily living activities, assess needs, and implement care plans that respect each resident’s routines and preferences.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, compassionate care across the continuum, while maintaining compliance and promoting well-being and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic occupational therapy services to residents.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
