Fountain View Village by Cogir in Fountain Hills, AZ is seeking an Assistant Executive Director. This full-time role supports the Executive Director with operations, P&L, sales leadership, and HR point of contact duties. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm, at 16455 E.

Avenue of the Fountains. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year depending on experience. The AED will oversee front desk operations, recruit across departments, and help maintain resident satisfaction while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human services, gerontology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare management in a leadership role.
• Experience building sales goals and managing budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all operations and serve as a point of contact for staff, residents, and the public.
• Direct oversight over front desk staff, including training, supervision, and staff development.
• Support recruiting across all departments and maintain a high-performing team.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and retention of employees.
• Lead new hire onboarding initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting and cash flow management, with accountability for variances.
• Participate in in-house sales activities, resident tours, and events.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe environment.
