• Bachelor's Degree required; Public Health Administration or Business Administration or health-related degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Must hold a current, unencumbered California Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet licensure requirements.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices, and long-term care laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility and its programs to ensure high quality care and services.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures governing facility operations.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and staff development with team leaders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and safety standards.
• Represent the facility in meetings with external agencies and stakeholders and maintain liaison with families and residents.
