Job summary

Brookdale Williamsburg is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day management of a senior living community. Working under an Executive Director, you will drive occupancy, financial performance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, budget development, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality services to residents and families within Brookdale's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology, Business or other related field is required.
• Minimum two to four years proven management experience in retirement housing, hospitality or health care is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State license as a nursing home administrator and/or Assisted Living License.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational execution under an Executive Director.
• Manages occupancy and monthly financial performance for the property.
• Maintains positive relationships with residents, residents' families, employees, and the business community.
• Oversees staff, training, morale, and ensures programs are effectively executed.
• Develops annual operating and capital budgets with the Executive Director and maintains budget accountability.
• Hires, trains, disciplines and terminates employees in accordance with company policies.
