Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership or management experience in Assisted Living, Residential Care, or Senior Living.
• Strong working knowledge of Indiana state regulations governing assisted living environments.
• Organizational budgeting skills and collaborative communication style.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership of the assisted living department to ensure safe, welcoming, and well-maintained operations.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise staff; manage scheduling and onboarding/training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee resident care coordination with nursing, physicians, and families.
• Manage department budget and resources to maintain high-quality care and hospitality.
