Good Samaritan is seeking a Senior Living Consultant to support operations and training across Minnesota senior living settings. The role includes regulatory compliance, policy development, and staff training to meet program goals.

You will lead project coordination for new startups, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote high-quality housing with services. This is a remote MN opportunity with full-time hours and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, nursing, business, or sales/marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years' senior living experience.
• Knowledge of housing management and regulatory requirements in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to senior living settings and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Develop and deliver training materials and programs for staff.
• Coordinate with internal teams on startup projects and policy development.
