Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with resident record computerized systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments of potential residents to ensure needs are met.
• Monitor residents' health and safety through weekly on-site visits.
• Assist in staff development and provide health and medication training.
• Supervise medication practices and equipment usage in the building.
• Ensure staff adheres to all resident care procedures.
• Contribute to policy development and annual service plan reviews.
