The role oversees clinical operations, pre-admission assessments, care plans, and staffing, coordinating with physicians and regulators to maintain high standards, while addressing resident and family concerns. Active RN license and 3–5 years of nurse management in senior living are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state where working.
• Minimum of 3-5 years nurse management experience in senior living, long-term care, or assisted living.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee nursing services and clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor resident care programs and clinical protocols.
• Perform pre-admission assessments of potential new residents.
• Meet with every new resident and complete basic health assessments within one week of moving in and update service plans within 30 days.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Establish a medication plan for residents and complete 90-day medication reviews.
