Job summary

The Wellington at Dayton, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Nursing Aide to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will assist with daily activities and medications, promoting independence and dignity in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
