Qualifications

Must be licensed as a CNA in Indiana.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs duties in accordance with resident care standards, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts and transfers.
Assists residents with nutritional needs, setting dining tables, serving meals, and ensuring proper fluid intake.
Reminds residents to take medications and helps with opening containers.
Recognizes changes in residents’ behavior or condition and reports to the Assisted Living Director.
