Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and team members
• Support and promote community goals and programs
• Mentor caregiving team members
• Maintain respect and confidentiality
• Create a warm, positive environment
• Assist with management reports and in-service training
• Follow community policies and state regulations
• Provide medication services as permitted
• Evaluate and document residents’ needs
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
• Provide direct resident care as needed
• Be available by phone during duty hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
