Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and team members, adhering to MG CARES standards.
• Support and promote community goals, mentor caregiving team members, and ensure confidentiality and respect in all interactions.
• Maintain a warm and positive environment within the community.
• Assist with management reports and participate in in-service training.
• Provide medication services as permitted by state regulations and resident care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ needs, document services, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver direct care within community policies and state requirements.
• Be available by phone while on duty and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state.
• Minimum of 1-year nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.

Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care, including bending and reaching. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
