Job summary

Curana Health seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver proactive, relationship-based primary care to seniors where they live. Qualifications

• Valid nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in the state of operations.
• Current board certification in your field.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions with focus on preventative care.
• Provide ongoing care management that improves quality of life and residents’ independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, facility leadership, and family members to coordinate care.
