Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification or 1+ year senior care experience.
• Follow Six rights of medication administration and physician orders.
• Ability to learn and use eMAR effectively.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer medications per MAR and orders.
• Follow the Six rights of medication administration and policies.
• Use eMAR to document care and communicate with leadership.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff when needed.
