Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, operating Ivy Living communities, seeks a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents. You will provide direct resident care, encourage activity participation, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold our care standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus, with preferred RCFE experience. Must pass background checks and health screenings; MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel) required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Care for residents with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medications to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physicians.
• Track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe environment by following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork across departments.
