Requirements include at least 1 year of experience in medication assistance, state training/certification if required, and the ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN preferred.
• Experience assisting with medications in a residential care setting encouraged.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Maintain accurate medication and care records.
• Provide direct personal care and encourage resident participation in activities.
• Maintain a safe environment and promote teamwork across departments.
