Job summary

Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to support residents in our assisted living and memory care community. You will help with routine medications, monitor responses, and document in electronic records under a licensed nurse's supervision.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with residents and the care team, enabling outstanding care and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with resident medications and ADL support.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate with nursing staff.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with routine medications and ADL support as directed.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and report reactions to licensed nurses.
• Take and monitor vital signs and note any changes.
• Attend shift huddles and communicate resident updates to the team.
