Sunrise Senior Living in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Medication Aide / Med Tech to deliver safe, accurate medication care for residents. You will administer meds per physician orders, observe residents, and document in MAR/TAR in real time.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
