Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring Med Techs at Fieldstone at Chestprings to provide compassionate care to residents. Part-time positions with day and evening shifts available; consistent schedule includes morning and evening blocks and weekend differential.

Responsibilities include dispensing unit-dose medications, assisting with ADLs, monitoring health status, documenting care, and collaborating with nurses.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the medication administration course as required by state regulation.
• Experience caring for seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia preferred.
• Current Med Aide or LMNA certification/licensure and ability to provide copies upon request.

Responsibilities

• Dispense unit-dose medications and document records per state regulations and policy.
• Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, dressing, bathing, eating and mobility.
• Monitor changes in health status and report to RN promptly.
• Assist with clothing, laundry, and keeping units neat and orderly.
• Input service data into the community computer tracking system.
