Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Medication Aide in Missouri.
• Provides patient hygiene and daily living assistance.
• Sets up and administers medications per physician orders and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered and per standards.
• Provide personal hygiene support and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support meals, mobility, and safety for residents.
• Monitor vitals and weight, and document intake/output.
