The Addison of Lindsay Place in New Jersey is seeking a Med Tech to join our assisted living team. You will administer medications and treatments per MAR/TAR, provide personal care, monitor residents, and support daily living activities in a licensed setting.

One must hold current Medication Technician certification per state regulations. The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation, and compassionate care for seniors in a community environment. Wage is $23.00 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 1+ month of experience in senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification may be required by state regulations.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR under supervision.
• Provide personal care and general nursing tasks, ADLs, and meal/dining support.
• Ensure accurate documentation in daily logs and medical records within 48 hours.
• Supervise safe handling of meds, count narcotics with approved personnel, report discrepancies.
• Maintain medication carts, stock, and proper storage of meds, lotions, and liquids.
• Attend staff trainings and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Record vitals and basic health data as assigned.
