Job summary

The Addison of Lindsay Place in New Jersey is seeking a Med Tech to provide safe administration of medications and nursing care for residents in an assisted living setting. The role requires current Medication Technician certification per state regulations and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities include MAR/TAR compliance, daily documentation, patient care, and coordinating with the Health and Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medication Technician certification per state regulations.
• 1+ months of related experience preferred.
• Acceptable English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with residents and staff.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal and nursing care including ADLs and assistance with daily activities.
• Maintain medication storage and reconcile MARs; notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Document in daily log and monitor residents' health indicators.
