Job summary

Ivy Park at Milpitas, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Medication Technician. The role involves supervising and assisting with medication administration, direct personal care, and coordinating with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.

Full-time, 2pm–10pm shifts in Milpitas, CA; pay $20–$21 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• Must be able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with the resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
