Job summary

The Medication Technician will supervise and assist in administering medications to residents and provide personal care in alignment with nursing standards and company values.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules in a California setting, with pay ranging from $17 to $19 per hour, experience-based.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with medications in RCFE preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and health screenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN a plus.
• Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track changes, refills, deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate confidential medication and care records.
• Maintain safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
