Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals according to menus created by dieticians for each meal.
• Operates kitchen equipment such as mixer, slicer, oven, and steamer.
• Cleans surfaces and stores unused foods following shift end.
• Ensures meals meet dietary orders and portion controls.
• Records temperatures of freezers and walk-ins as per procedures.
• Follows infection control policies and maintains clean equipment.
