You will collaborate with internal teams, conduct market research, produce marketing materials and social content, and build partnerships with local organizations.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Communications, or a related field experience.
• Proven experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in senior living or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive occupancy
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and messaging
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to foster partnerships and referrals
