Job summary

Wesley Willows Corporation in Rockford, IL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support daily marketing operations and communications. You will maintain CRM and marketing files, prepare materials for events, and assist the sales team with outreach and campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of admin or EA experience, strong communication skills, and a college degree or equivalent in marketing, sales, or customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• College degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Keep CRM, Future Resident List, and marketing files organized; perform day-to-day admin support for Sales and Marketing.
• Build and send marketing mailings and materials; prepare for expos, tours, and community events.
• Coordinate event logistics (RSVPs, name tags, seating, AV) and manage Resident Ambassador communications.
• Support move-in processes (appointments, paperwork, payments, welcome gifts).
• Track marketing and sales activity for monthly reports and assist residents/families with room finishes.
