Job summary

Wesley Willows Corporation in Rockford, IL seeks a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic growth, brand positioning, and community relations. This role drives occupancy goals across campuses with a focus on data-driven decisions and market expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing or business background, 7+ years in sales/marketing leadership, and strong CRM, SEO, and digital advertising experience. This is an in-person opportunity with local travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
• 7+ years in progressive sales and marketing leadership.
• Proven track record of growing occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to travel locally between campuses.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the annual sales and marketing plan for both campuses, tracking occupancy and sales KPIs weekly and reporting results to executive leadership.
• Own the CRM: keep it accurate and automated, and train the team to use it well, with a goal of at least half of all leads generated online.
• Manage the website and digital marketing to drive real leads, and monitor SEO and paid campaigns.
• Coach and develop the sales and marketing team with monthly reviews and KPI goals.
• Represent Wesley Willows in the community through networking, open houses, and partnerships with local organizations.
• Help shape a national strategy for our brain health and well-being program if licensed to others.
• Work with the CEO and COO on data-driven decisions about new markets and advertising.
