Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director in Savannah, GA to oversee marketing efforts and drive census growth. You will train staff on inquiry handling, lead management, and community engagement, while developing quarterly plans with the marketing team and reporting marketing activity.

The role requires strong organizational skills, data analysis, and ability to collaborate with across departments to ensure seamless move-ins and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Three years’ marketing director experience in senior care.
• Ability to develop and implement a marketing plan and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external marketing efforts to meet census goals.
• Train staff on inquiry handling and customer service.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans and leading marketing meetings.
• Manage inquiries and follow-ups, and track leads.
