Job summary

Asbury Village seeks an Executive & Marketing Coordinator to support the Executive Director and Marketing Department. This role blends administrative tasks, marketing, creativity, event coordination, and resident engagement in a senior living community.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce and Canva is preferred; MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, and general computer applications.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
• Previous experience in marketing, administrative support, senior living, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily check-ins with the Executive Director regarding projects, priorities, and tasks.
• Provide general administrative support for leadership and departmental projects.
• Coordinate communication, scheduling meetings, and follow-up on initiatives for the Executive Director.
• Create flyers, announcements, and communication materials to promote initiatives.
• Develop visual presentation materials for Executive Director meetings and communications.
• Support other duties and special projects as assigned.
