Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and service facility equipment and furnishings as required.
- Assist with landscaping and painting and other general building maintenance tasks.
- Work with the Plant Operations Director to ensure resident safety and quality of life.
