Job summary

Linden Woods Village in Gladstone, MO, is seeking a dedicated Plant Operations Technician to join our care-focused team. You will assist the Plant Operations Director in maintaining our community facilities for residents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include lawn care, painting, remodeling, plumbing and other general maintenance, plus helping with resident transportation and supporting housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and service all facility equipment and furnishings.
• Assist with transportation of residents as requested, including helping them in and out of vehicles.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Attend facility meetings and participate in in-service training programs.
• Support lawn care, painting, remodeling and general building maintenance.

This Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Plant Operations Director with maintaining the care of the community facility for residents, employees and the public. This includes lawn care, painting, remodeling, plumbing and other general building maintenance.
