Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders as directed by the Director of Maintenance.
• Restore vacated rooms to make-ready status promptly.
• Be available for on-call work including weekends and nights.
• Address requests from residents, family members, staff, and directors.
• Check maintenance logs for needs and requests.
• Touch up paint throughout the community.
• Maintain grounds and clean dumpster areas.
• Perform maintenance tasks per logs.
• Ensure Life Safety compliance across campuses.
• Maintain community key control.
