Milestone Retirement seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our community’s interior and exterior. In this role, you’ll handle preventative maintenance, respond to resident maintenance requests, and ensure the community is safe, functional, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair community systems including HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, kitchen equipment, and emergency systems.
• Perform general maintenance projects such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain vacated rooms with painting, cleaning and minor repairs.
• Ensure common areas are well maintained including walls, floors and doors.
• Communicate with local inspectors and regulators as needed.
• Document safety issues and deficiencies per guidelines.
