Responsibilities

• Make preventive maintenance rounds.
• Log and date all equipment checks and tests.
• Log and date all preventive repairs and routine replacements (e.g., filter changes).
• Perform routine, damage, and cosmetic repairs.
• Perform outdoor maintenance and cosmetic repairs.
• Attend scheduled training and orientation programs to maintain quality of care.
• Follow departmental, center, and corporate policies and safety standards.
