The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a senior living environment, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lead and follow procedures. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in the senior living environment; five years hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Display servant leadership and confident decision making.
• Walk through interior and exterior to maintain appearance for residents and visitors.
• Inspect the front entrance daily to ensure a great first impression.
• Maintain clean glass surfaces; water flowers; keep mats clean.
