Watercrest Senior Living in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain luxurious, clean living spaces for residents and keep common areas pristine. You will manage cleaning supplies, follow the Watercrest Housekeeping Handbook, and work as part of a team focused on safety and resident comfort.

The role requires at least two years in housekeeping, High School diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver’s license, and a warm, customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma.
• At least two years of housekeeping experience in a multi-unit community or hotel setting.
• Must be able to communicate warmly and effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Keep front area and public areas clean and inviting.
• Ensure proper disposal of trash and hazardous materials following safety protocols.
• Follow Watercrest Housekeeping Handbook guidelines and safety procedures.
• Carry out twice-daily cleaning of public restrooms and address needs as they arise.
