Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, a premier operator of senior living communities, seeks a Maintenance Technician to care for the Ivy Mountain View campus. This role covers electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upkeep, plus support for apartment turnovers and grounds maintenance, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

The position offers full-time hours, weekend coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience in building maintenance or housekeeping is preferred.
• Able to assist with apartment turnovers (painting, carpet cleaning, etc).
• Must be able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Must pass background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in residents' units and common areas.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and upkeep tasks to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa where applicable.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet maintenance needs.
