Job summary

The Ivy Blue Oaks, managed by Oakmont Management Group in Roseville, CA, seeks a Maintenance Technician for full-time work. The role covers building, exterior, and resident unit upkeep, with typical shifts 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and weekend rotation.

Ideal candidates bring up to six months in maintenance or housekeeping, high school diploma, and a willingness to operate MS Office tools. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), among others.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
