IVY PARK AT BURBANK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Burbank, CA. This full-time position supports the upkeep of resident units, common areas, and outdoor spaces, ensuring safety and comfort for residents and staff.

Typical shifts are mid-shift, 10am–6pm, Tue–Sat; benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation and more through Oakmont Management Group, with opportunities for growth within California communities.

Qualifications

• Six months of building maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Assist with apartment turnovers: painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa as applicable.
• Ensure a safe, secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Support teamwork across departments to meet community needs.
