The Ivy Blue Oaks, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Maintenance Technician for full-time work in a senior living community in California. You will maintain the physical plant, assist with turnovers, and help keep common areas and grounds in top condition.
Typical shifts are Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with pay range $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more, plus retirement plans and life insurance.

Times: Generally, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $18.00-21.00
