Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the community’s physical plant, common areas, and individual resident units. The role includes basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, as well as assisting with apartment turnovers and grounds maintenance.

Applicants should have HS diploma, basic MS Office skills, and a customer-focused attitude. A background check and health screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months experience in building industry, maintenance or housekeeping preferred.
• Must be able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant, exterior and interior common areas, and resident units.
• Assist with apartment turnovers (painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing).
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa where applicable.
