Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the maintenance field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of properties.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out.
• Perform painting duties and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in inspections as required.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize based on urgency.
• Address maintenance emergencies after hours as needed.
