Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs.
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and schedules.
• Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Oversees outside contractors and signs off on work as needed.
• Plans repair work using forms, schedules, etc.
• Performs general repairs (drywall, painting, doors).
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Orders supplies and materials for repairs and maintenance.
• Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
