The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position at Simpson Midtown in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
• Respond to work orders and emergency repair requests in resident areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
