Job summary

Simpson Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Sanctuary at Tal ly n ’s Reach in Aurora, CO. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry issues, while delivering excellent resident service and maintaining a premium multi-family community.

You will join a team that values community, safety, and a strong work ethic, with on-call duties and opportunities for certification and advancement.

Qualifications

1+ years of related general maintenance experience.
General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and basic carpentry.
CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire).
Fair housing training required and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferred.
Some experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
Strong customer service skills.
On call required (sometimes).

Responsibilities

Maintaining and preserving a multi-million dollar luxury community.
Identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, pools and security systems.
Assist residents with resolving various general maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Help prepare vacant units to lease per company specifications.
Maintain curb appeal of the property.
